What do I need to bring for a test drive?
A valid full driver's licence. If you'd like a specific car, text me ahead and I'll have it ready so you aren't waiting.
Can I get a price before I come in?
Yes. Tell me the model and trim and I'll send the full price in writing: vehicle, freight and PDI, fees and HST, so there are no surprises at the desk.
Should I lease or finance?
It depends on how many kilometres you drive and how long you keep your cars. I'll put both side by side for the same vehicle so you can compare the monthly payment and the total cost.
My lease is ending. What are my options?
You can return it, buy it out, or move into a new Toyota, often with no gap between payments. Text me a few months before your end date and I'll lay out all three with real numbers.
What do I need to buy and take delivery?
Your driver's licence, proof of insurance for the new vehicle (your broker can email it), and for financing, your banking details for payments. If you're trading in, bring the ownership, all keys and any lien payout details.
How do you value my trade?
Send four photos (front, back, interior, odometer) and the VIN. Our used car manager appraises it against current market data, and I'll send you the number, usually the same day. The final number is confirmed when we see the vehicle.
I have a lien or I still owe money on my car. Can I trade it?
Yes. We get the payout amount from your lender and pay it off as part of the deal. Any equity goes toward your new vehicle.
I'm new to Canada or have limited credit. Can I still finance?
Often, yes. Toyota Financial Services and our bank partners have programs for newcomers and first-time buyers. I'll tell you honestly what's likely before you apply. All financing is on approved credit.
Can you hold a vehicle for me?
If it's in stock, I can hold it for your appointment. For vehicles arriving from the factory, a refundable deposit reserves your allocation.
Do you deliver outside Vaughan?
Most of my customers are in York Region and north Toronto, but I work with buyers across the GTA. Much of the paperwork can be done ahead by email.
